1-Delivery in France and abroad by DHL EXPRESS

Fedex delivers you to your home and gives you the package against signature.

The innovative ODD (On Demand Delivery) solution, created by DHL Express and aimed at improving the customer experience through the personalization of B2C shipment delivery.

Messages are sent by email or SMS during the delivery of the package to inform the recipient of its delivery date, thereby improving traceability.
The recipient chooses the delivery option on the On Demand Delivery application, from among 6 available delivery choices:

  • Relay point delivery
  • Delivery to a neighbor
  • Rescheduling of delivery
  • Holiday holdings
  • ...

The tool is deployed in 165 countries for a seamless customer experience.

The Locator tool makes it possible to identify the drop-off or collection points for packages closest to consumers.

2-Delivery in France and abroad by La Poste (Colissimo Expert)

The delivery by Colissimo Expert is made by the Post Office. You are delivered to your home and the parcel is delivered against signature. A package number is sent by e-mail as soon as the package is shipped so that you can track its delivery. This package number is also permanently available in your customer account.

In case of absence and mailbox too narrow, the factor usually deposits the parcel at the nearest post office. You are notified by a notice of passage. You have 15 days to recover the package. If you do not get the package within 15 days, the package is automatically returned. More information on returns and refunds.

The cost and delivery time vary depending on the total weight of the goods and the country of delivery. In order to estimate the cost of your delivery, we advise you to add your articles to the basket then to choose your country of delivery.

The deadlines are given as an indication and are given in working days. They are based on an average observed for all postal codes of a country. For the exact time period for your postal code, we recommend that you visit the Colissimo express delivery website and calculate delivery times. If you are having difficulty entering your postal code, we invite you to check it in the Geopostcodes postal codes reference file.

If the country of destination does not have a postal code, check the box provided. We will always display the code 99999 necessary for the proper functioning of the service.

Easy returns

Right of cancellation or exchange and procedures for returning products

You have 14 (fourteen) calendar days to exercise your right of cancellation, from the date of receipt of your complete order. During this period, you may return products without providing any justification.

All products may be subject to cancellation, excepting those excluded under Article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code. Returned goods must be intact and must not have been worn for any extended period of time.

By way of reminder, "The consumer may be liable only in the event of depreciation of the goods, as resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of said goods, provided that the professional has informed the consumer of his right of cancellation in accordance with 2° of I of article L. 121-17. “ article L.121-21-3 paragraph 3.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you can use the cancellation form available below, or make an unambiguous statement indicating your intention to return the product to us.

A full refund requires a complete return order. Unreturned products will be deducted from the balance and you will benefit from a credit note (=> a private code) on a future order of the amount of the returned products.

ALEXANDRE DE PARIS will confirm receipt of your cancellation request by email.

You must then return the product to ALEXANDRE DE PARIS to no later than 14 (fourteen) days following your cancellation by mail. Return shipping costs are in any case to advance and therefore to pay by you and will remain your responsibility (except in the case of a product that is defective upon reception or an error committed by ALEXANDRE DE PARIS when sending the Product).
